Exceptional Versatility and Customization

Rubber cords serve a broad spectrum of industries, including automotive, plumbing, industrial machinery, and laboratory equipment. Their adaptable featuressuch as customizable width, diameter, and lengthallow for tailored solutions that precisely meet specific application needs. Whether for sealing, insulation, or vibration dampening, these cords deliver consistent, reliable performance.

Engineered for Superior Durability

Manufactured from high-resilience rubber, these extruded cords boast excellent weather resistance, low thermal conductivity, and a smooth surface finish. Their solid construction ensures uniform density and superior compression ratio, offering reliable protection in harsh environments. Additional features, like flame resistance and color choices, further enhance their suitability for specialized roles.

FAQs of Rubber Cord:

Q: What applications are rubber cords most commonly used for?

A: Rubber cords are widely used in sealing, gasketing, shock absorption, vibration dampening, and as insulation in electrical and plumbing systems. Their flexibility and durability also make them suitable for machinery, automotive, and laboratory applications.

Q: How can I customize the size and color of the rubber cord?

A: You can specify the rubber cords width, diameter (150 mm), thickness (130 mm), and length according to your requirements. While black is the standard color, other colors can be provided upon request for specific needs or branding.

Q: What are the advantages of using extruded rubber cords in industrial setups?

A: Extruded rubber cords provide excellent resilience, superior compression set resistance, uniform density, and low water absorption. They are designed for durability, withstand harsh weather, and offer good resistance to chemicals, ozone, and agingkey qualities required in industrial installations.

Q: When should I choose a solid versus an extruded style rubber cord?

A: Solid rubber cords are ideal for high-pressure sealing and applications needing robust physical strength. Extruded rubber cords offer uniformity in density and dimensions, making them a preferred choice for precision sealing, gasketing, and insulation tasks.

Q: How does the manufacturing process ensure quality and reliability in these cords?

A: The cords are manufactured through advanced extrusion processes, ensuring consistent dimensions and single-piece construction for uniform density. Each batch undergoes strict quality checks for ash content, nitrogen levels, volatile matter, and physical properties, guaranteeing optimal performance and durability.

Q: What benefit does the low water absorption feature offer?

A: Low water absorption helps prevent swelling, degradation, or loss of elasticity in humid or wet environments. This feature makes the cords ideal for outdoor, marine, and plumbing applications where prolonged exposure to moisture may occur.
